This year it picked up seven awards at the BusinessCar magazine including the headline accolade of ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ for the third year running. It was the BMW 5 series that won the award for BMW; it was recognised for its combination of superior build quality, driving dynamics and class-leading economy.

The BMW 320 EfficientDynamics scooped the ‘Green Car of the Year’ award, the BMW X5 in Scotland was again named ‘Large 4x4 of the year’. For the second year running the BMW 3 Series won the ‘Upper Medium Car of the Year’ the 5 Series won ‘Executive Car of the Year’ for the second year running too.
