My undercover mission to find my car

Since my husband’s car broke down last month, we have been sharing my car but its starting to annoy me a little. At first it was ok, he would take the car on the days I didn’t intend to go out but now he seems to take it every day and I’m stuck at home with no car.

The last straw was when my baby had his 12 weeks immunisation and I had no car, so I had to drag my poor baby in the cold on the bus to get to the clinic. That very night I said to my husband, I want a new car and for him to keep my old car. To my surprise he actually agreed.

I knew exactly what car I wanted, all I had to do was convince my husband to buy it for me. It will be a very difficult task and I intend to accomplish my mission but first I need to find the car. It shouldn’t be that hard to find a BMW X5 in Scotland but for some reason I’m getting the feeling it won’t be that easy.

I had been secretly looking for the car I want but had no luck in finding it locally, so now I have to search outside Scotland and hopefully find one that I like. After just an hour of looking, I found one in Manchester and it’s perfect.

It’s my husband’s day off tomorrow, so I plan to cook all his favourite food for lunch and then tell him what car I want. I also plan to slip it in the conversation that I already found the car and made an appointment to view it this weekend.
